The decision
comes first.

Eight clear ways to work together. Start with a free check or paid diagnosis. Choose only the build, training, or support the evidence earns.

THE OFFER LADDER

Start once. Choose only what fits.

START · 01–02Check → Diagnose

Find the first credible opportunity before buying a build.

Select the one intervention the diagnosis supports—not all four.

Make the result usable, durable, and progressively better.

01
Start

Mini Margin Check

A focused first conversation to identify one workflow where time, money, or judgment may be getting trapped.

Free15 minutes
  • One owner or decision-maker conversation
  • One workflow or bottleneck examined
  • One plausible place to investigate
  • Plain recommendation on whether a deeper scan is warranted

This is a useful first look—not a report, tool list, process map, or implementation plan. If the case is worth pursuing, the next step is a paid Margin Scan.

02
Diagnose

Margin Scan

A paid assessment that turns “we should use AI” into a ranked, financially grounded decision about where to begin.

$1,5007 business days
  • One 45–60 minute owner interview
  • One department or operating area reviewed
  • Three-to-seven ranked opportunities
  • Buy, build, redesign or leave-alone decision
  • Impact, cost, effort + risk comparison
  • Four-day quick-win plan + live decision readout

The report is yours. Implement it internally, use another qualified partner, or apply the full $1,500 to an Applied Margin implementation authorized within 14 days.

03
Redesign

Process Blueprint

Fix a workflow that is inefficient before adding software, automation, or AI.

$3,5002–3 weeks · fixed scope
  • Current-state process map
  • Waste, delay, rework + handoff analysis
  • Future-state process map
  • Roles, decisions + exception paths
  • Build-or-buy blueprint
  • Prioritized implementation sequence

No technology is implemented. The objective is to remove unnecessary work before deciding whether technology has earned a role.

04
Organize

Knowledge System

Turn approved company knowledge into a useful, source-grounded assistant your team can question and verify.

From $3,5002–4 weeks · fixed scope
  • One defined knowledge use case
  • Approved materials organized + configured
  • Source-linked answer experience
  • Permissions + usage boundaries
  • Evaluation questions + correction workflow
  • Team walkthrough + 30-day correction window

The system is limited to agreed materials and users. It does not replace professional judgment, source review, or controlled access to sensitive information.

05
Build

Workflow Build

Build and hand over one reliable workflow, with a clear price for simple and integrated work.

$5,000 / $7,5002–5 weeks · fixed scope
  • Essential: one workflow + one primary tool
  • Integrated: multi-step workflow + up to two integrations
  • Written acceptance tests
  • Human review + exception handling
  • Documentation + operator training
  • Before / after measurement + fix window

Essential Builds are $5,000. Integrated Builds are $7,500. Platform, model, hosting, and third-party software costs remain visible and separate.

06
Integrate

Applied System

Combine process redesign, knowledge, workflows, integrations, review, and enablement into one operating system.

From $10,0006–10 weeks · scoped after diagnosis
  • Multiple connected capabilities
  • System + data integration plan
  • Permissions, logs, human review + rollback
  • Evaluation set + acceptance testing
  • Team enablement + operating runbook
  • Performance baseline + measured readout

Scope and fixed price follow a Margin Scan or equivalent paid diagnosis. We do not quote a transformation program before understanding the work.

07
Enable

Operator Lift

Roll one validated workflow across a department without creating black-box dependency.

From $3,50030 days · scoped by team
  • Role-specific practice on real cases
  • Seeded-error + recovery drills
  • Manager readiness scorecard
  • Operator office hours
  • Workflow-specific usage guidance
  • Final capability + readiness report

Available after a Margin Scan, Workflow Build, or documented review of an existing production workflow. It is not generic prompt training.

Margin Partner

Choose focused working sessions or an embedded improvement relationship after the first result is proven.

$1,500 / mo or $4,000+ / mo3-month opening term
  • Office Hours: two 45-minute working sessions monthly
  • Office Hours: one lightweight skill or workflow improvement
  • Embedded: one active implementation workstream
  • Embedded: monitoring + meaningful monthly release
  • Performance + adoption scorecard
  • New-hire enablement + roadmap refresh

Office Hours are $1,500 per month. Embedded partnership starts at $4,000 per month. Software, model, hosting, and platform usage remain visible and pass through at cost.

A USEFUL INTRODUCTION

Refer a business. Receive $500.

$500

Introduce a business that is new to Applied Margin. If it purchases and completes a paid Margin Scan, choose $500 returned to you or $500 applied to future Applied Margin work.

Make an introduction One reward per new business. The introduction must arrive before an active sales conversation. Issued after the Margin Scan is paid in full and completed. No self-referrals or duplicate introductions.

PLAIN-TERMS RISK REVERSAL

Guarantee the work we control.

01 / DECISION CLARITY GUARANTEE

Decision-ready by business day 7—or refunded.

Receive at least three relevant opportunities, one clearly ranked first move, and a written implementation decision.

02 / SHIP-TO-SPEC GUARANTEE

Agree on the test. Then hold us to it.

If included work within our control misses the written tests, we remediate it at no professional-service fee for 30 days. If it still cannot pass, we refund the final project payment.

These commitments require timely access, accurate inputs, agreed scope, client participation, and working third-party systems. They do not promise revenue, savings, layoffs, adoption, uptime, or perfect model performance.

THE FIRST PROJECT

A narrow proving ground—not a transformation program.

STRONG START

A recurring, human-reviewed administrative workflow consumes 60 or more staff hours each month. A sponsor and operator will participate. Representative cases and existing systems can be accessed safely.

NOT THE FIRST MOVE

Generic prompt training, autonomous high-consequence decisions, a headcount-reduction target without an adoption plan, or a project with no measurable workflow owner.

THE BLUEPRINT STANDS ALONE

Start with a decision you can own.
